Refund policy
Above anything else, the customer is what is the most important for us! If you have any questions or if you are not satisfied in any way, then we urge you to please use our Contact form or email us at info@rhapsadi.com. We are not happy until you are happy!
Returns
We get it, sometimes you order something and it just isn't what you hoped it would be. We strive to always keep our customers satisfied and if our products can't do it, then we hope we can do it in other ways.
You may return an item you have purchased from us if you contact us at info@rhapsadi.com within 14 days of delivery/collection and if:
- It is still in its original condition
- You, the customer, is responsible for the costs of shipping
Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch, but any refund will be at our discretion.
It is absolutely fine to try an item on like you would in a your local shops, but please don't wear it for longer than that and be careful with it. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes all tags and labels attached
Tolerances
With each product being made to order you may find that your particular garment slightly differs from the size guides. Please note that small deviations from listed size guides may occur up to 1 inch (2.54 cm). Deviations within this limit may happen and does not make the product considered to be defective. If the deviation is more than that, please get in touch with our support to them assist you in a compensation for the garment.
Defective Goods
Slight variations may apply in the prints due to each product being handmade with a machine and is not a reason for a refund or a replacement order. If you believe it differs too much from the marketed product then please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will resolve it. We will notify you once we have received and inspected pictures of the damage or the product itself and let you know if the refund is approved or not.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Pictures of the item being defective, damaged or incorrectly sent will be requested and needed to verify the situation. After approving your picture and situation we will issue you a refund (using your original method for payment) for the cost of the item or send you a new one. Due to each product being created for each customer, minor variations might occur in color/sizing/placement of all designs and fabrics and this is not reason for being defective.
